Kelly Eom

As a Community Outreach Specialist, Kelly is part of the team that builds and maintains strong relationships between organizations and the community our agency serves on behalf of our clients. Her role involves managing community engagement, from developing content to translating it into Korean, to organizing and staffing events, and conducting focus groups. Her goal is to ensure all outreach efforts are culturally sensitive and effective. She acts as a skilled communicator and advocate, fostering trust and collaboration to make a positive impact. Previously, Kelly Eom was a healthcare leader at Kaiser Permanente who specialized in improving clinical quality, performance, and equity. She has a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to exceed goals using data-driven strategies and process improvements like Lean Six Sigma. She has also successfully managed large-scale programs, innovated new systems, and led initiatives to promote equity and diversity. Beyond her professional work, she is deeply committed to her community, actively volunteering with local organizations and serving on multiple local boards to drive positive change.
