• The 50 Years of Little Saigon celebration was a landmark community event presented by the OCIE SBDC Network and VACOC, in partnership with the cities of Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, and Westminster.
• ArrowGTP led the public relations strategy, marketing campaigns, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination, elevating the event’s visibility and impact across the region.
• Our team activated extensive networks to bring together policymakers, business leaders, cultural influencers, elected officials, and community members for a historic celebration of Vietnamese American heritage.

• From Refugee to Legacy Honored first‑generation Vietnamese refugees whose resilience built the foundation of Little Saigon’s cultural and economic identity.
• Legacy and Beyond Featured community and business leaders sharing generational stories and outlining pathways to support emerging Vietnamese American entrepreneurs.

• Led PR, branding, marketing, and storytelling to shape the event narrative and amplify regional visibility.
• Recruited business owners, community leaders, and industry experts to serve as panel speakers.
• Recruited local food and beverage businesses to participate in the Flavors of Vietnam tasting experience.
• Engaged elected officials and city staff across multiple jurisdictions to participate and support the event.
• Coordinated messaging and collaboration among six partner entities to ensure unified communication.
• Provided creative direction, digital content, website and registration development, and targeted outreach campaigns.
